Member of Parliament for the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP), Hon. Hindolo Moiwo Gevao, has defended the parliamentary process leading to the passage of the Constitutional Amendment Bill, insisting that the reforms are the product of years of national consultations.
He said the Bill went through every stage required by the Standing Orders, including committee scrutiny and three readings, and that the record of proceedings is available for public inspection.
